Service Description
This includes an informational discussion to avoid being targeted, 40 minutes of physical training to learn the best techniques to fight off an attacker, and a Q & A to answer participants' specific questions and concerns.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. A full refund will be offered to cancellations with proper notice. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the class start time will not receive a refund.
