Not enough space for my shin guards, so my backpack sprouted legs. He looks like he's taking a rest after a long day of training.

Ground beef, sweet potatoes, and asparagus. Not bad for using up some leftover groceries. I am currently working on a bunch of recipes for easy and delicious meals that get you on track for your body composition goals. (Calorie and macro information included.)

I love teaching women's self-defense seminars. Offering practical information to avoid being targeted, and basic but effective moves to protect yourself in a dangerous situation.

Most self-defense classes focus on hyper-specific "escapes" that only work if the attacker reacts exactly as you expect them to. I prefer to approach self-defense as a series of tools, and teach you about the mechanics of each move, and how to most efficiently put them together. You can't control how the attacker shows up, but you can control your response.

About me: I have been a personal trainer and boxing instructor for about 7 years.
